If you love the idea of going tiny but are not so keen on the stairs or ladders than the Manuka could be just the home you’ve been looking for. Built on a 9 meter x 2.4 meter split shift trailer with the fantastic indoor outdoor flow you’ll find in all our designs.

Custom made in-house kitchen from high grade light weight Italian plywood and finished with exposed end grain detail or edge banded. A gas oven and hob provide flexibility for those wanting to live off grid, space has been allocated for a fridge freezer, a free standing washing machine and a dish washer.

The bathroom incorporates a large corner shower enclosure and custom made vanity with soft closing draws. A Bambaloo composting toilet is supplied as standard however a seperate water supply has been fitted should the owner wish to fit a conventional toilet or an alternative option such as a Cinderella.

No Stairs here! Walk through on the same level to a full queen-size double bed, the bed affords large amounts of storage underneath both as easy access draws for daily use as well as deep storage to the rear of the mattress. Extra storage is provided by a full hight hanging robe and additional draws. Light floods this area through fully opening french doors and over bed sky light.

 All windows are locally constructed double glazed aluminium, the exterior cladding is a light weight vinyl product with a 20-mm expol foam insulation. The cladding is fitted onto a 20-mm cavity batten to provide a thermal break between the cladding and steel frame. All walls, floors and ceilings are fully insulated in line with the NZ building code.
